Take a peek into the wild imagination of our talented kitchen team with a new weekly offering at fleur. Every Wednesday until the end of November, they’ll stray away from our regular set menu with an experimental $79 three-course menu.

We’re lucky enough to have access to some of WA’s finest super-seasonal produce at fleur. Experimental Wednesdays allows our chefs to flex their creativity, explore unique ingredients and hone the direction of new dishes. It’s really your taste buds that will enjoy the fruits.

Rottnest Scallops, honeydew, fermented stone fruit dressing, finger lime oil

When is the above menu available?
The above menu is available 20 October & 3 November.
Please note on Wednesday 27 October we are hosting In Bloom.
New menu for future Experimental Wednesdays dates (10, 17 & 24 Nov) will be available soon.

Do I need to book?
Bookings are preferred, but not essential.

Is the usual set menu available?
Our usual $120 Set Menu will not be available. Our Bar Snack Menu will be available for the bar area only.

Are you offering a drink pairing?
There is no set drink pairing for this menu, however our team are on hand to discuss individual beverage pairings or suggest a superb bottle of wine.

How long is this experience?
Settle in for the evening, or enjoy the fleur experience in a snappy 1.5 hours – whatever your midweek schedule permits.
