All around Perth the wildflowers are In Bloom, signalling the conclusion of a long, cold winter. Join us at fleur to celebrate the return of sunshine with a vibrant spring feast. 

This time of year the kitchen is abundant with the freshest spring produce and budding with creativity. fleur’s Sous Chefs Logan Place and Tricia Chia alongside Chef de Cuisine Shane Middleton, have crafted an incredible six-course menu, highlighting local spring delicacies such as hyper-seasonal white asparagus, Rottnest Island scallops and dry-aged Rose Mallee beef. Along with beautiful paired wines hand-selected by our Sommelier Daisy Case, this will be a lavish night not to be missed.
