There are few pairings more prized than ‘The Piedmont Special’ – freshly harvested black truffle and a big, bold Nebbiolo wine. No need to cross the globe to indulge in this culinary black gold though, as some of the finest truffles in the world are grown in Manjimup, right here in WA. 

It is rare to find a wine that holds its own against the heady perfume of the world’s most extravagant fungus, but pairing the powerfully expressive Nebbiolo grape makes for pure magic. Sommelier Paola Arosio has selected some absolute crackers to share with you for this opulent dinner.
