Executive Chef, The Royal Hotel

We have a pivotal opportunity for an Executive Chef to join us in a permanent full-time capacity. You will hold total operational oversight of the kitchen teams across our three distinct Perth CBD venues: The Royal Hotel Pub, Willi's Pizza Bar, and Fleur Restaurant. This role is perfect for a chef with experience managing multi-outlet, or large-scale kitchen operations at an Executive or Head Chef level.

In this senior leadership role, you will work in partnership with our group Head of Culinary, Chef Brendan Pratt, and our Owner-Operator John Parker, to drive the culinary vision of the Royal Hotel while maintaining autonomy over the venue's BOH performance.
